Quick sandwich spread
In an egg pan and whisk, add 2 or 3 spoonfuls of minced garlic and its liquid, if dry.
Add 2 to 3 eggs, whisk aggressively, preferably starting before pan has warmed the garlic.
”Stream” (slowest pour your able) in oil (I use olive, but ideally Id do something flavored) ideally until its a very thick consistency, whisking aggressively. Or the eggs cuddled (it will be fine).
Thin with vinegar (Basalmic, but if I had used pickling juice Id use that).
Season with at least salt and pepper, then anything else such a hot sauce.
If you want it to last more then a few days or serving people terrified of eggs, heat it till the eggs would be cooked.
